A Mindful Life is a hub of resources to help you build a Mindfulness Practice throughout all areas of your life. My goal is to help people gain more self-awareness to make the changes they need to make in their lives. I do this by providing a safe space to reflect, courses and free resources to educate and gain more awareness.
I work 1:1 with clients to help them evaluate the parts of their lives they feel stuck in and want to change. I provide a safe space for clients to explore goals they’ve struggled to achieve and decisions they’ve struggled to make with a strong emphasis on wellness. For more information click here.
I offer online and face-to-face courses to help people create their own Mindfulness practice to manage their day-to-day stress levels, improve concentration & focus and help heal their body.
