Delighted to announce my new brand A Mindful Life!!! 🙌🙌🙌

And I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!!!!!

How it happened:
🌟 I trained as a Life Coach as I saw the value making changes had on my overall health, wellbeing and quality of life and I wanted to help others do the same.
🌟 It’s amazing where you can end up when you live on auto-pilot. It can be a lonely and tricky process when you need to re-evaluate everything in your life. Everything that is familiar but just not working for you anymore. But with every step I found relief and felt closer to a life of peace, purpose and wellness.

🌟I then added Health Coaching to my toolbox. I have always found navigating available health advice confusing and overwhelming. Especially when my existing chronic condition created barriers to eating well and moving more. Prekure gave me one place to access all the latest research to create simplified healthy habits, use lifestyle change to tackle the root cause of disease and gain the skills to help others do the same.

🌟The final piece of the puzzle has been Mindfulness. After years of chasing solutions to my chronic uneasiness I learned the solution has been lying within me. Throughout building my Mindfulness practice I have learned how to let go and surrender to all the things I couldn’t control. I learned how to pick and choose what thoughts and feelings I wanted to engage in rather than be consumed by worry. I found my reset button, ended my stress cycle and created the foundations for healing that my body desperately needed. It has helped me make decisions mindfully throughout all areas of my life which helps me maintain long-lasting changes. And now I have the tools to help others do the same.

In essence, I have created A Mindful Life. And now I want to create a space where I can share what I have learned, inspire others to do the same and support them along their way.

✨ I have also put together some courses to give extra support to those who require it. Currently I have a 3 week Introduction to Mindfulness Practice available for FREE and an 8 Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course on my website.
✨Studies show it takes 8 weeks of Mindfulness Practice to see significant shrinking of the amygdala (our stress alert system) in the brain and to establish a new habit. For this reason I have created a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course also available through my website.
