“It’s never too late to be what you might have been..” – George Eliot
A big topic for the last few weeks has been career change! As of two weeks ago, like many others during these strange times, my role in accounting officially became redundant. After fifteen years in the finance industry, I have decided to use this as my opportunity to take a leap of faith and dedicate my time to all things Life & Wellness Coaching, something I have been building on for quite some time.
We’re living in crazy times at the moment. The world as we know it has come to a halt and turned on its side. If you are fortunate enough to still have your basic needs met (some form of income, a roof over your head, food in the fridge and good health); this new lockdown life may be an amazing opportunity to unwind from the busyness of day to day living and reflect on what you value the most.

I have always said with all the struggles that come with battling a chronic illness, comes some blessings. Having a body that reacts easily to stress enforces the need to be proactive to any situations or circumstances that generate discomfort or uneasiness, no matter how hard or uncomfortable those decisions are to make. It makes you live a life of consciousness. It’s no longer acceptable to live in autopilot and brush discernment under the carpet. Bit by bit my body demanded more balance, more peace and less burnout episodes. Let me help you build your own awareness and build a life of intention, meaning and purpose.
How do you know when it’s time to change your career?
- Are you drained of energy at just the thought of the work you do?
- Are you frustrated that your time and energy is being spent on the job you do?
- Have you got endless energy for certain passions in your life but just don’t have the time to do them?
- Is your health starting to suffer because of the stress you accumulate from your job?
- Did you think this path was only ever temporary?
- Are you looking for more meaning and purpose in your life?
I have created a free self assessment for you to download and reflect on. You can access it below.
